Tell us where you are.
And where you want to go.
You may know exactly which service you need, or you may still be deciding where to begin. Contact ANKA Transformation House with a short outline of your situation.
A short introduction is enough to begin.
Tell us whether you live outside Belgium or are already here, your experience and what you hope to achieve. You can contact us without a business idea; if you already have one, tell us about it. If you know which service interests you, include its name.
What to include in your enquiry
- Your current country of residence and whether your plans concern Flanders or Brussels.
- Your experience and ambitions, or a description of your proposed activity if you already have one.
- Your current stage: exploring, developing an idea, writing a business case or preparing a dossier.
- The main question you need to resolve and any relevant timing.
Which kind of conversation do you need?
For an unclear route or personal eligibility situation, explore the Eligibility Call. For a small number of focused questions, the Q&A Consultation may fit. If you want feedback on documents, choose the appropriate review service so there is time to examine the material.
General enquiries help establish which offer fits and how the service works. A detailed assessment of your case belongs within the agreed consultation or review.
What happens next?
We clarify the service or scope that fits your enquiry, including the price, format and information needed before starting. You can then decide whether to proceed.
Please keep your initial message concise. There is no need to send passport copies, complete residence files or other sensitive documents with a first enquiry. If documents are needed for an agreed service, we will confirm how to share them.
A professional card is mandatory before starting a self-employed activity unless an exemption applies. EU/EEA and Swiss nationals are exempt; qualifying family, residence or other statuses can also provide exemptions. Already living in Belgium does not automatically exempt you. For a move from abroad through the professional-card route, approval is a required step before the long-stay visa can be granted. This is separate from an employee’s single permit.
